Mission

At Cecil County Mentors, our mission is to create meaningful connections between dedicated volunteers and youth in the community. We are committed to empowering our volunteers to mentor these young lives, providing them with the support, guidance, and stability they need to thrive and build a better future.

The Mentoring Program is funded through a partnership with the Cecil County Local Management Board. The Mentoring Program does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability, or sexual orientation in providing access to programs. The Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services funded this project under subaward number VOCA-2025-0064.
