As CASA of Cecil County has grown over the years, we have encountered various obstacles our foster children face. Every child has their own individual experiences, perspectives, and needs. While it is sometimes difficult to anticipate their specific needs, we have created various programs that allow us to better serve them. Whether it’s connecting them with community resources, or providing a place for them to live while they transition out of foster care, our programs aim to guarantee their rights to live happy and healthy lives.
