Case Manager: Sally Warner
As a native of Cecil County, Sally Warner enjoys working with youth from throughout the area to help them develop the strength and resiliency necessary to overcome life’s challenges. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from York College of Pennsylvania, Sally received her Master’s in Art Therapy from George Washington University. While working as a Behavior Specialist for Cecil County Public Schools, she also completed her Master of Education in School Counseling from Wilmington University.
While her own children were young, she also volunteered as the coordinator for her local Mothers of Preschoolers chapter and later as president of their school PTA. Sally has also dedicated 18 years as a volunteer to the Cecil County 4H program, where she teaches youth development and helps facilitate Cecil County’s 4H Camp. Most recently Sally’s volunteer activities have allowed her to work as a CASA volunteer for Cecil County. In addition to these rewarding volunteer opportunities, Sally enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, creating art and reading a good book!
