For the past thirty years, Ellen has worked passionately with youth to overcome trauma and other challenges such as addiction, homelessness, disabilities, domestic violence, gang involvement, poverty, abuse and neglect. Ellen has worked in inpatient, outpatient, residential and educational settings. Ellen has worked to locate missing persons, has volunteered with the Brain Injury Association of Delaware, and the Southern New Castle County Communities Coalition.
Ellen has two children, a son who is a sponsored professional extreme sports athlete, and a daughter who is pursuing a career in law. Ellen and her husband have been married for 29 years and reside in Middletown, Delaware.
